Most Spanish visa applications fail on preparation, not law: a translation that skips the apostille text, a bank statement one month short, a form the consulate quietly changed. That is case-management work, and it is what we do all day. When a case genuinely needs a lawyer, we say so and connect you to one.
Our service fee covers case management, document review, and included sworn translations only — any government or consular fees are separate and paid directly by the client to the relevant authority.
Which Do You Need?
A rule of thumb from thousands of files:
- Standard NLV, DNV or student application — preparation, not litigation: exactly what our case managers handle end to end
- A refusal, an appeal, or a complication — criminal record issues, prior overstays, disputed decisions: that is lawyer territory
- Not sure which you are — the eligibility check is free, and being told you don't need to pay for a lawyer is a fine outcome
What Each Path Costs

Preparation: a flat fee, known in advance
€999 for an NLV, €1,399 for a DNV, €499 for a student visa — per adult, in instalments, sworn translations included. No hourly billing, because preparation is process, not litigation.

Legal advice: paid when it earns its keep
Our partner immigration lawyers consult from roughly €200–350. Worth every cent on a refusal, an appeal, a criminal-record complication or a residency dispute — and wasted on an application that just needed assembling correctly.

The honest triage
